Today I decided to push myself since Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I plan on enjoying it(eating cake) I am a big sweets fan and I will eat cake. I started with the R.I.P.P.E.D class then did dance cardio! Burned a lot of calories and it felt good. I will not push myself too much the rest of today because I am doing the 5K turkey trot tomorrow with my husband Brett! It’s our first one! I can’t wait. Time to head to the store to get groceries for tomorrow’s feast!
