Today I have not put on my sneakers nor have I left the house. I have been cleaning and doing laundry so that we can decorate for Christmas (the most wonderful time of the year) I figured since I have gotten in some kind of training all week my body could use a rest day. I’m sure I will walk in the neighborhood tonight like usual but just casually, not trying to train. I know I need to continue to work on my time and distance and get better at the jog/walk ratio. I will most likely start on the treadmill.? As long as I can keep getting a good pace I will be happy! Hope you are enjoying your Friday!
