The biggest part is keeping my eating in line with my training! My husband and I will meal prep our snacks and lunches today for the week! Chicken and ground turkey it is! You cannot out train a bad diet so we try to keep our eating on point during the week. It does take time to get it done but it’s so worth it. *truth moment* last night I did not eat so great but I’m back at it today! I’m a sucker for sweets and I baked for Thanksgiving and there were still a few cookies left so I ate them🙊 I will not be making anymore for a few weeks to avoid the temptation, oh how I love sweets.
