Well here we are, Monday morning! It’s cold and rainy and I just wanted to stay in bed! My alarm went off and I hit that snooze button real quick. Talked myself into getting up and getting ready for 8:15 interval pump class, it’s a hard workout but taking the day off yesterday, I needed to get my butt to the gym! I always feel better when I exercise in the morning! I wound up running late and still dragged myself there. Class was already in session but I grabbed my weights, mat, and step and jumped right in. On today’s workout menu: lunges, triceps dips, planks, burpees, and some cardio! Struggled but got it done! Feel good that I went and now it’s time to attack the day! I will go back to the gym later with my hubby to do some weights and more cardio! Bring it on Monday💪🏻
