Well here we are Wednesday morning and I will usually do 2 fitness classes first thing in the morning! Well last night I was walking down the driveway and rolled my ankle 😳 it didn’t hurt at first but when I laid down to go to bed that’s when I felt it so…I decided I will skip classes for today and just do some light cardio this afternoon. It may bother me but it won’t stop me. I am learning to listen to my body and give it rest as needed and today was one of those days. 

I will do some in home yoga today to work on my core and to get active. Also maybe some weights, most of the stuff I need I own. Don’t want to make excuses or stop! The countdown is on 84 days!
