Today it’s cold and rainy so training had to happen in the gym! Got there and did some work on shoulders and chest felt good! Then onto cardio, again did 10 minutes on the arc trainer (I think that will help me for jogging intervals) after that I hit the treadmill🏃🏽♀️ got in 3 miles and had that shin pain again so I’m not sure what is causing it! The workout as a whole felt great and I got to workout with the husband!!
Hopefully the weather will be nicer tomorrow so I can do cardio outdoors. We shall see
