What a Wednesday!

Well today I was determined! Set my alarm and woke up early to get to my first fitness class R.I.P.P.E.D class💪🏻 it is one great workout in 60 min 800-1000 calorie burn! It’s intense and so worth it! I stuck around for the second class too, cardio dance💃🏻it’s so much fun! I love fitness classes and I’m so glad I made time to go! It’s not walking/jogging but it’s building new muscles in my legs and it’s so fun. Both classes also incorporate weights and ab work so it’s like an overall body workout! I’m feeling good and still working on getting stronger. I will need some nighttime recovery tonight for sure 💪🏻👊🏻😴
