Sometimes you gotta

Yesterday I had a rest day that was much needed! Very sore from Monday’s class. Today I did the RIPPED class and dance cardio 💃🏻 so much fun! I am getting a little anxious about the princess marathon weekend but I think it’s nerves and I know once I get there I will be at ease. Just been thinking what happens if I don’t finish, what if I get swept for not keeping pace😳 I know that training is going to pay off and that most of this process is mental so I need to remove that negativity from my brain. It’s getting cold here and we will have rain so indoor training it is!
