Tuesday truth!

This is usually my rest day and I know it’s important to let your muscles repair but mentally it’s just not something I have gotten good at. I did 30 min of cardio today not a fast pace or long distance but I know 30 min of exercise is good for you so I made it a point to do something. I will try to get better with resting. I also wear a Fitbit and like to hit my 10000 step goal daily, I can’t remember the days when I didn’t have a Fitbit lol I have a love-hate relationship with it😜
