Today rocked for workouts! We did a new intense workout for RIPPED! Lots of weights, lunges and squats! My legs are getting stronger which I’m excited about! I upped my weights today and struggled a little but not too bad. Been working on my breathing too, I’ve been reading that controlled breathing is going to help me during the races. The next class was cardio dance! It’s so fun and I think it pushes my fitness levels to do back to back classes! 59 days until the glass slipper challenge! Cardio is up tomorrow for distance and time! It most likely will be done at the gym since the weather hasn’t been great!
