Happy Wednesday! Today I worked on distance and time with my cardio! I started out feeling a little sluggish and achy and didn’t know how long I was going to walk for. I picked one of the longer routes and set my runkeeper app. 1 mile in I stared feeling better, the weather is overcast and 40 so I layered up! By mile 2 I was super hot and decided to just sweat it out lol. I felt like a wrestler cutting weight. 3 miles in I was happy with my time 14 mm so I backed off a little towards the end. I was under pace and did almost 4 miles so I was happy about that! I know I will do good with the 10 k race. I want to do a mock half before race day so in the next 2 weeks I will do 13 miles😬 hopefully it will be sunny and a little warmer.
