What a workout💪🏼

I decided it was time to get back in the gym! Up early and headed to RIPPED class! What a workout! It had been awhile and I was worried I would struggle but I got through it! Felt great! I felt stronger! I am going to work on making it to more classes before run weekend! I feel like i get a total body workout and I want to be in the best shape for the race. I also did yoga/Pilates and worked on core strength. Overall my day was pretty great and I felt strong💪🏼👊🏼 did some light cardio in the evening to finish off the day
