Today I was up and ready to get it in the gym! I am ready to level up with fitness and need to push myself to get there. Today was filled with planks, jacks, burpees, and lots of cardio. I felt great after my workout. I was way sweaty too which isn’t normal, I swear sure but today it was a lot lol! I felt a sense of accomplishment when I walked out today!! Whoop whoop!
