Well I have totally been off track with getting in cardio. I’ve been doing my workout classes but not doing them everyday like before.
I have a 10k on April 8th and that’s soon so I know there is no better time than now to start back up! I was determined to do 2 miles. I didn’t get it done as early as I’d like but I got it done. The first mile was not pretty, I was keeping good time but wasn’t feeling great! Once I got past mile 1 I felt better! Going to be doing cardio everyday and get 6 miles in this weekend😎
