Here we are Monday morning! I knew I had to do some kind of workout first thing. If I tend to put it off it never gets done. I started with a 45 min in home plyo workout that ended with Burpees, no surprise there. I knew I had to get in some cardio so I headed to the local pond. It wasn't too late but I knew it was going to be HOT. Got in 2 1/2 miles. I felt like I was melting, sweat everywhere😳 it did feel good to get it done. Thinking if I'm going to do cardio outdoors I need to do it first thing in the morning!! Here's to having a great day!
